This book is an invitation to empower yourself, so you no longer have to put band-aids on old wounds. I can and will give you the tools to fully come into your power and stay there.

The book is practical and simple; you don't have to meet all sorts of requirements before you can apply the tools in this book. And you don't have to go to a resort in Timbuktu for it either. I want to stay away from all kinds of pompous guru vibes.
