Large abalone smudge shell (15.5 x 18 cm)
For burning loose white sage and smudges. Smudging is an ancient Indian custom, where bundles of herbs and/or fragrant woods tied together, such as white sage and palo santo, are burned in the abalone shell. This is done as part of a ritual ceremony or to energetically cleanse the home and other spaces. The natural holes in the shell provide an air supply in the process.

1 x Sage smudge bundle with cinnamon and 1 x sage smudge bundle with rosemary
Cinnamon scent provides emotional and physical stimulation, and is widely seen as a means of manifesting abundance.
Since ancient times, rosemary has been associated with memory, remembrance and loyalty. In ancient Rome, students wore sprigs of rosemary in their hair to improve their memory.

Cleansing people, living spaces and objects with sage smudge is very effective and very popular in western countries. Energy therapists and bodyworkers are also increasingly discovering its beneficial effects.

Smudge bundles are a completely natural, ceremonial incense, which were and are burned in rituals and ceremonies among indigenous peoples in the Americas.

Safety advice when using smudges:
Provide a fireproof dish or abalone shell and a bag of sand. Light the end of the bundle and fan it for a while so that the flame goes out and the bundle continues to smoulder.

When the smudge is firmly bundled, blow extra to make the herbs smoulder well. With this smouldering bundle, perform the smudge ceremony. Always keep the fireproof bowl under the smudge bundle.

After the end of the session or ceremony, you can extinguish the bundle again in a bowl of sand (check carefully that it is actually out) and save the bundle for another use.

Palo Santo
The beneficial effects of Palo Santo are limitless. The wood is considered magical, rare, sacred and unique. This fragrant wood is highly regarded spiritually by shamans and healers and has been used for thousands of years in ritual blessings and for purification purposes by the indigenous people of South America. Palo Santo is also very popular in Europe.
How to use
Light one end of the stick, let it burn for a few seconds and then blow out the flame. Let it continue to glow and blow the smoke over your body or the objects you want to ritually cleanse, such as a room, your whole house or car.
